Recruiter

As a Recruiter you are responsible for sourcing and screening prospective candidates, checking references, completing any necessary paperwork, setting up meetings with clients, and interacting with decision makers at Fortune 1000 and 500 companies. The primary focus of our Recruiters is on conducting screening calls and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates to qualify them for open job requirements with our clients.

We provide a formal training program and on-the-job learning to prepare you to represent DIVERSANT to the best of your abilities. Once you have demonstrated success in recruiting, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Account Management position.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be the face of DIVERSANT, presenting our staffing services to hiring managers at Fortune 1000 and large mid-market companies.

The primary responsibility of an Account Manager is to build long-term business partnerships between DIVERSANT and our clients. Developing and maintaining these partnerships and relationships may include client visits and social events like lunches, dinner and other professional networking meetings.

We also require that our account managers expand and grow their territory through the establishment of relationships with new managers. The ideal individual for this position will be self-motivated and goal-oriented, while possessing a vibrant personality, exceptional problem-solving skills and a healthy, competitive nature.

Your career with DIVERSANT begins in our entry-level training period as a recruiter. We believe in a “hands-on” approach to learning. Your first two weeks as a new recruiter are spent learning the business from the ground up. We have developed a world class training schedule that teaches you, first, in a formal classroom setting for part of the day, then job shadowing for another portion and finally, putting what you’ve learned into use on live requirements by the end of the day. We want you to feel comfortable and learn at your own pace, make sure you have a firm understanding of what it takes to be successful and be able to use all the tools we provide for you to do so.
