DIVERSANT offers generous benefits packages for salaried and hourly consultants. Typically, benefits eligibility commences at the beginning of the month following the first 30 days of service. The level of coverage varies between salaried and hourly consultants.

  • Pay Cycle
  • All consultants are paid every two weeks. DIVERSANT pays employees without interruption, regardless of when client pays. A direct deposit program is available.
  • Insurance
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans are offered at employee expense. Life and Long-Term disability insurance is provided as a company benefit for salaried employees.
  • 401K Program
  • A 401K savings plan is offered with limited matching funds after 1 year of participation. Company contribution varies by consultant type.
  • Holidays & Vacations
  • Full-time consultants receive vacation, personal day, and sick day benefits proportional to tenure.
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • For salaried consultants, after 6 months of service limited reimbursement is available for pre-approved relevant coursework or training based on academic performance.
  • Compensation & Performance Reviews
  • Annual reviews are conducted to evaluate compensation. Regular performance reviews are conducted to provide self-improvement and better quality of service for clients.
  • Referral Program
  • DIVERSANT pays generous bonuses for candidate referrals for candidates not already in our database once they begin work.
  • Support & Advice

    We provide our consultants with career support and advice throughout our relationship with them.
