Our MOSAIC program combines multiple sourcing and recruiting channels to provide a steady stream of highly-qualified diversity candidates for talent acquisition initiatives. Leveraging DIVERSANT's position as one of the largest African-American owned IT staffing and solutions firms, MOSAIC is specifically designed to promote workforce diversity and can be combined with other programs such as HORIZON and UNITY to widen its breadth and impact.

HORIZON operates in affiliation with the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University. The program identifies and provides IT skills training for exceptional candidates from underprivileged communities, creating new career and employment opportunities.
