DIVERSANT's Executive Team provides the company and its employees with strategic vision, leadership, and guidance. The team embodies decades of experience in the IT and staffing sectors as well as extensive practice in managing and growing customer-oriented businesses. Each member of the team plays a direct role in day-to-day operations and assumes responsibility for the quality and integrity of the company and its products and services.
 

Gene C. Waddy

Gene is a visionary entrepreneur who applies his commitment to promoting diversity and helping others in his professional as well as personal life. Gene holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University and was a National Practice Director for Infrastructure Services at Spherion before founding DIVERSANT Inc. in 2005.

John Goullet

John learned about the IT industry from the inside, advancing from a consultant to an account executive, before starting his own staffing services company, Info Technologies. Founded in 1994, Info Technologies reflects John's ability to combine his IT consultant's perspective with strong business acumen to create a highly successful firm.

Anthony Marolda

Tony Marolda is a staffing industry senior executive whose managerial and operational expertise led to his roles as Executive Vice President, Corporate Officer, and Senior Member of the Executive Committee at TAC Worldwide Companies during the firm's phenomenal period of growth from a regional player to a billion-dollar multinational giant. Tony has an accomplished history leading companies to new levels of success through his clarity of focus on business objectives. Tony is known for his consultative approach to understanding business challenges along with his practical methodologies for solving them. A strategic thinker with a talent for building dynamic organizations and developing highly-effective teams, Tony has created a performance management culture at DIVERSANT that focuses on the satisfaction of the company's clients, consultants, and partners. Prior to joining DIVERSANT Tony was the owner and president of CL Lauren and Associates, a management consulting practice focused on workforce optimization and organizational development targeting company realignment for profitable growth.
