Talent Referral Program

DIVERSANT values referrals for talented consultants and we have a generous referral incentive program that reflects this. For any candidate you refer to DIVERSANT that is not already in our database, we'll pay you a generous referral bonus, for each hour the referred candidate works on a DIVERSANT assignment.

Independent Contractors

DIVERSANT welcomes Independent Contractors with valid S or C corporation status.

Our qualification requirements are as follows:
  • Completed and signed Contractor Agreement, Purchase Order and Employee Consent
  • Copy of Articles of Incorporation

     
  • Copy of State Registration with Secretary of State
  • An original Form W-9, completed and returned
  • Copy of most recent 941

     
  • Proof of Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance, naming DIVERSANT as an additional insured
  • Copy of Corporate Seal
