Successful applicants will participate in an intensive three-month training program for entry-level recruiters and salespeople. After completion of the program and a stint as a junior recruiter, you can continue to develop your career as a technical recruiter or you may pursue opportunities on our sales team.

Technical Recruiter

Technical recruiters are primarily responsible for the development and growth of their billable consultant base by achieving assigned quotas. Candidates must have a proven knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting, preferably within information technology, and an established track record of accomplishments demonstrating the ability to source candidates and establish relationships. Negotiating and customer service skills are also required.
