Raj Sardana, Chief Executive Officer
Rajiv (Raj) Sardana is the Chief Executive Officer of ACS Solutions. He is a successful entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience working with multi-national companies in several industries, including investment and workforce management. Raj founded ACS Solutions in 1998 and has spearheaded its growth into a global organization with more than 27,000 employees deployed across 25 different countries worldwide. Currently, ACS Solutions has 40+ office locations in the United States as well as offshore development centers in India and Taiwan.
Throughout the growth of ACS Solutions, Raj has remained committed to giving back to the communities in which the company does business. Along with his wife, Nita Sardana, Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving, Raj has led ACS Solutions to support local U.S.-based non-profit organizations such as the YWCA’s Teen Girls in Technology Program, Women in Technology, and the Atlanta Food Bank. Through its India operations, ACS Solutions supports the Earth Savior Foundation, an NGO based in Delhi which works to promote social consciousness and environmentalism.
Prior to founding ACS Solutions, Raj served as president and CEO of Applied Communications, Inc., a multi-media and technology company in Atlanta, Georgia. He also served as president and CEO of a multi-million dollar private equity group with a diverse and extensive investment portfolio in real estate, retail, and service industries. Additional industries served include technology, aviation, defense, venture investment, and financial services.
Raj holds a Master’s Degree in Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Advanced Management degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He brings strategic vision and extensive experience in both U.S. and offshore markets.
Sanjeev Sardana, Chief Operating Officer
Sanjeev Sardana is the Chief Operating Officer at ACS Solutions. He is responsible for managing Corporate IT, Marketing, Legal, M&A, and Global Service Delivery Operations. Prior to joining ACS Solutions, Sanjeev co-founded Mobio, a mobile platform and applications development company where he was responsible for product management, applications development, fundraising, and international business development.
Previously, Sanjeev has held progressively senior responsibilities in product development, product management, marketing, and corporate development in the telecom and financial services industries.
Sanjeev has a B. Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, an MS degree in Computer Sciences from Washington State University, and an MBA from Columbia University.
Pankaj “Nick” Goel, Chief Financial Officer
Pankaj “Nick” Goel is the Chief Financial Officer at ACS Solutions. Nick joined ACS Solutions as a Controller in June 2005 and has since held various positions with increasing responsibilities within the company. His contribution to ACS’ aggressive growth has been significant, and it has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle which declared him the “2015 CFO of the Year” under the “Large Private Company” category.
Nick has more than 23 years of progressive experience in all phases of financial management, including strong expertise in Corporate Finance; Financial Planning & Analysis; Forecasting & Budgeting; Financial Operations & Accounting, and M&As.
Prior to joining ACS Solutions, Nick worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Claredon Textiles, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Previously, he was the General Manager, Finance, with Girnar Fibres Ltd from 1996 to 2000, and prior to that, he worked for a public accounting firm, S.K. Mehta & Co. in New Delhi, India, from 1992 to 1996.
Nick holds various professional licenses including a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute, a CPA from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy, and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition to that, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the G.N.D. University in India. He is a regular member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Atlanta, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Rich Escoffery, General Counsel
Rich Escoffery is General Counsel at ACS Solutions. In this role, he oversees the legal affairs of the company and is responsible for a wide range of legal issues that relate to the company’s activities and operations, including employment matters, contract review and negotiation, litigation, and compliance. He is also responsible for the management and oversight of ACS Solutions’ outside legal service providers. Relying on more than 20 years of experience practicing law, Rich focuses on delivering the highest quality legal services to the business’s internal clients, acting as a business partner who happens to have legal expertise.
Prior to joining ACS Solutions, Rich was a partner at the law firm of Elarbee Thompson in Atlanta, where he represented large and medium-sized businesses in a wide variety of employment-related matters and was a frequent speaker to various human resources and business organizations. He began his career as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Rich has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
An active volunteer in the Atlanta community, Rich is an alumni mentor for Emory University’s 1915 Scholars Program and is a ministry leader in his church. He has also served on multiple alumni boards at Emory University and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Arbor Montessori School. Rich received a J.D. degree with distinction from the Emory University School of Law in 1995 and a B.A. degree from Emory University in 1992.
John P. “Jack” Cullen, Executive Director, Talent Solutions
Jack Cullen is the Executive Director of Talent Solutions at ACS Solutions. Prior to that, he served as the President of Modis, an IT and Engineering Staffing firm, overseeing the North American region which eclipsed $1.3B in annual revenue. He joined the company in 1997 via the acquisition of his company, Technical Software Solutions, Inc, and assumed the role of President in November 2000. Jack has been in the Information Technology and Engineering Recruitment business since 1985 and previously worked for Johnson & Johnson and Colgate Palmolive before entering the Staffing and Consulting Industry. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. Jack served on the Board of Trustees at the University of Maryland and led the campaign that raised $1B for The University.
Mr. Cullen is a former President of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) and has been a speaker and panelist at their National Conference. Mr. Cullen has served as a keynote speaker at numerous conferences and conventions throughout his career. He is an avid fan of all things basketball and a recreational golf enthusiast.
