We Welcome Independent Contractors

We welcome Independent Contractors with valid S or C corporation status. Requirements include:

  • Completed and signed Contractor Agreement, Purchase Order and Employee Consent
  • Copy of Articles of Incorporation Copy of State Registration with Secretary of State
  • An original Form W-9, completed and returned
  • Copy of most recent 941, Proof of Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance, naming DIVERSANT as an additional insured
  • Copy of Corporate Seal
