Black lives matter.

We share this statement because silence is complicity. The tragic death of George Floyd is yet another reminder that many Americans – including some of our colleagues – have to worry every single day that they might be subjected to hatred, racism, discrimination, and abuse of power because of the color of their skin. DIVERSANT stands with all of you as we experience this pain and frustration together. DIVERSANT unequivocally rejects injustice, discrimination, racism, and systemic bias.

We recognize that Black Lives Matter and stand for equality for all.

These recent events provide an opportunity for us to explicitly reject hate and discrimination and to come together and support one another during these challenging times. They also provide an opportunity for DIVERSANT to recommit itself to building a more inclusive and diverse culture.

We care about the safety of all our employees during this period of unrest. We are here to support you and your families should you feel threatened or unsafe.
