Q&A with Viola Eaddy
Viola shares what she enjoys the most about working as a member of the Global Procurement Center of Excellence team.
D: Viola, thank you for your continued hard work and dedication. Your excellent work and daily contributions are truly appreciated by our client and all of us here at DIVERSANT. Please tell us how you decided to pursue your current career focus?
VE: I actually started my career in HR; then I decided a job change which resulted in IT services; interesting field because of its wide range of technology and opportunities.
D: What do you enjoy the most about your current role?
VE: In my current role the team works together and not separately to ensure we provide service in a timely manner. I was assigned a special project and my team did not hesitate to assist as needed. I worked with clients within the U.S. and France which resulted in different time zones to ensure correct processing for shopping cart/purchase order. Special note: We eat all the time!!
D: What is one fun fact about you?
VE: I always have a camera ready catching everyone off guard especially those who don’t like to take pictures.
D: What is your favorite motivational quote?
VE: “I’ve learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.” ~ Godly choices.; i.e., faith, trust, patience.
D: Share one statement about your experience with DIVERSANT.
VE: The representative was very professional in her communication and encouraging that the job assignment would be a perfect fit – always spoke favorably and encouraging.
