DIVERSANT has a formal program that supports large companies to bridge the gap between the need to work with more diverse suppliers. This program requires all third parties to share their diversity status and a copy of their diversity certification. Our program aggregates qualified small MBE suppliers into recruiting networks capable of meeting the needs of large procurement models and integrates them into existing programs.

Because of our experience, we want to share our knowledge with other growing MBEs to help further promote diversity in the supply chain.
We aggregate small MBE IT staffing firms into our network to help meet the needs of large procurement models. Interested MBEs will be vetted by our compliance team based on several factors such as financial viability, history of the company, capabilities, qualifications, and recruiting processes.
