Drew Fernholz is an experienced and innovative executive with over 20 years of IT and Management Consulting industry experience and five years of Investment Banking background. Drew spent the first five years of his professional career on Wall Street, raising capital for initial public offerings (IPOs) during the Telecom and Dotcom boom. After seeing countless organizations with great intellectual property, innovative products, and cutting-edge technology fail, not because of the lack of financing but rather the absence of people talent, he transitioned to the IT Consulting industry.
Drew is the inventor of the Competency Model, a proprietary and industry-proven skills assessment tool, and is the foundation of all project-based and consulting engagements. He has also found companies, both large and small, benefit from utilizing this model with their internal staff. Drew has the proven ability to deliver creative business-focused solutions to complex problems in varied industries, including Manufacturing, Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Technology, and Retail within the United States and global locations with measurable results.

Ryan is a passionate and innovative solution provider. With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, he has amassed diverse industry experience. Ryan has worked in many vertical markets, with companies such as Charles Schwab, UHG, American Family, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Raytheon, Sears and the IRS. He has architected and led many multimillion dollar projects. He has helped companies transform and modernize their policies, processes and technology with strategic and technical implementation.
Ryan has created and implemented the Diversant Competency Model for dozens of roles across multiple clients, allowing for an apples-to-apples comparison for hundreds of candidates. These models not only provided technical and culturally qualified candidates but drastically minimized or eliminated the client’s time and involvement in the process.

Tom Muehlbauer
Director of Program Management
Tom Muehlbauer joined Diversant on September 20 in the Managed Solutions area as Director of Program Management. Tom has over 30 years of IT experience acting in many IT roles including network analyst, QA analyst, manager/director of software development and QA, PMO director, project and program manager/director. He most recently was at Optum/UHG and has also worked at Express Scripts, Cisco Systems, and Thomson Reuters.
Outside of work, Tom lives in Minnesota and enjoys being very active (golf, running, swimming, biking, basketball, waterskiing) and spending time with his two adult children.
