Alberto (Beto) Loera is Always Willing to Go Above and Beyond!
Alberto (Beto) Loera joined the DIVERSANT team in 2019 as a detail equipment engineer for one of our clients in Dallas, TX, and quickly made an impression. During his time in this role, Beto has provided our client with high-level contributions. Our client thanks Beto for his “cooperation, dedication, and participation, as [his] work made all accomplishments possible for the UT buildout in Tampa!”

Q&A with Alberto (Beto) Loera
Beto shares with us his extensive experience in the IT field and one of his other great passions, his family.
D: What made you want to pursue a career in Telecommunications?
AL: I wanted to learn about Telecom since it is never constant and always changing. My experience in Telecommunications started as a component level repair technician, field installations, progressed to 24/7 TAC – Technical Assistance Center Engineer, NOC – Network Operations Center Engineer, Circuit Design and Provisioning Engineering role, and now as a DE – Detailed Engineer. I have enjoyed the multiple opportunities and experiences I have had throughout my 25-year experience in Telecom.
D: What do you enjoy the most about your current role?
AL: I enjoy working on new technologies and the opportunity to work on 5G network. [The company] has been a good place to work at all engineers are helpful and always willing to provide you support.
D: What exciting projects are you currently working on?
AL: Currently working [on] supporting the 5G network growth and building it up through multiple projects nationwide.
D: What is one fun fact about you?
AL: I currently coach my son’s soccer team. I enjoy being out with the boys at soccer games, tournaments, and indoor soccer games. Our team has won first place in our age group for the past few years prior to the pandemic. We are starting up again and hope that our team can continue where they left off. It is a great time to be with my son, my family, and enjoy the times we spend together running around going to different places as we play on the weekends.
D: Share one statement about your experience with DIVERSANT.
AL: I am glad for the opportunity that DIVERSANT gave me that opened the door for me to be able to work at [this company] as a Detailed Engineer. I am glad that I am able to reach out to DIVERSANT reps like Evan Chamblee and Lisa Wible who are helpful and assist at a moment’s notice.
