Binh Pham Provides Expert Support to our Managed Solutions Client
Binh Pham joined the DIVERSANT Managed Solutions team in 2020 as a Senior CRM Developer supporting one of our Managed Solutions clients in Texas with application development. This role called for an in-house technical expert with solid analysis and application design skills for CRM. The person also needed to provide guidance and mentorship to other application developers. The ability to multitask under pressure, communicate effectively, and build harmony and teamwork were essential skills for the role. Binh has exemplified these skills at the highest level, earning him this month’s Consultant Spotlight recognition.

Q&A with Binh Pham
Binh discusses how he landed in IT and what he enjoys the most about his current role.
D: What made you want to pursue a career in technology?
BP: I always had a love for technology since I was a little kid. Creating software that can make a person’s job easier is so fulfilling.
D: What do you enjoy the most about your current role? Please also share one accomplishment that you’ve achieved on this assignment.
BP: I love the people I work with at Rush Enterprises. They make the job and day go by so fast. They are great people to work with and I wouldn’t change anything about the situation.
D: What is one fun fact about you?
BP: I’m an avid chess player. I try to solve a chess puzzle a day.
D: What is your favorite motivational quote, and why?
BP: Love what you do and you never work a day in your life.
D: Share one statement about your experience at DIVERSANT.
BP: 2020 was a BAD year for most people, but that was the year I started working with DIVERSANT and it was the best experience I have ever had working with an IT consulting company. The only thing I would change about the experience is to be able to meet the DIVERSANT family. Otherwise, currently, it is picture-perfect working with DIVERSANT.
