Audra DiNapoli joined DIVERSANT in 2013 as an account manager and is recognized as a true staffing partner to several companies in the Philadelphia market. She listens to her clients to understand their talent needs and works closely with her local recruiters to find the best talent to support their technology projects. Audra is also a leader in the local office providing support and direction to help newer team members achieve success. In 2018, Audra earned her way into our Achievers Club, a designation reserved for a distinguished group of sales professionals who have exceeded performance goals and expectations.

D: Audra, you chose to focus on the topic of balancing work-life and home/family. Tell us how you do this as a top sales professional in the highly competitive field of IT Staffing?
AD: Balance in a sales role is key. Sales isn’t your typical 9-to-5 job! Many nights, there are phone calls, emails, and texts that require attention. However, a motto I live by is that you will never feel truly satisfied by work until you are satisfied by life. I’m grateful to say DIVERSANT has allowed me both in my career.
D: Who is the little one featured in the picture with you?
AD: My newest baby cousin who I adore and try to spend as much time with as possible.
