D: Thank you, Naveen, for your daily contributions in supporting our client. You have been in the field of technology for several years. How did you decide to make this your career focus?
NKY: I chose to major in computer science in college, as I have always been interested in reasoning and aptitude, which helps to implement efficient algorithms for computer programming. This is still what I’m most excited about and interested in doing professionally.
D: What is the name of the project that you are supporting currently? What are the key accomplishments that you’re most proud of relative to this project?
NKY: The project that I am working on is enterprise independent stress testing on operations and privacy technology. I assist the team by fixing the large amount of high priority issues along with the development activities even though I’ve recently joined the team just three (3) months prior. Because I have a vast prior experience in the corresponding field, I am able to provide additional support to the team which allows us to achieve our goals faster.
D: How do you spend your time when you’re not at work?
NKY: I always explore latest technologies which helps to boost up my career and I travel a lot.
D: What is your favorite motivational quote and why?
NKY: “Why walk when you can run.” I’ve been following this in my career and personal life as I always feel like I am able to achieve much more than I have signed up for.
D: Share one statement regarding your experience with working for DIVERSANT.
NKY: When I first started working with DIVERSANT, everyone was very patient, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate the attitude of the onboarding team during my transition. It made me feel welcome.
