Eric Safin Demonstrates Excellence!
Eric Safin works as a senior business analyst for one of our pharmaceutical clients in New Jersey. Since joining the team in February 2019, Eric has quickly demonstrated that he has the skills to deliver quality work. “It is incredible to see how we are transitioning into a high-performance Agile Team for this initiative and it couldn’t have been possible without his support, mentioned one of his onsite managers. “He has been a valuable asset for our project!”

We recently caught up with Eric to learn more about him and what exciting project he’s currently working on.

Q&A with Eric Safin
Eric discusses his key accomplishments and what he likes about DIVERSANT.
D: Thank you, Eric, for your hard work and commitment to our client. Your daily contributions are recognized and truly appreciated. What made you follow a career in IT?
ES: I pursued a career in IT because it is a creative field that is intellectually stimulating and it constantly requires improvement of my creative, technical, and interpersonal skills. Every day in IT is an adventure.
D: What type of project are you working on now; what accomplishments are you most proud of with this initiative?
ES: Currently, I am supporting a project titled “Collaboration Hub for Value Evidence.” The solution that is being developed in this project is an attempt to bring under one roof all value-based evidence (content) for more streamlined access by various professionals from three major teams. My key accomplishments in this project relate to refining the requirements engineering process refinements, support of the operational capacity of the solution, and assistance to the project team management.
D: How do you spend your time when you’re not working?
ES: I like to read and travel.
D: What is your favorite motivational quote?
ES: “If you are working on something that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you.” – Steve Jobs. The quote resonates well with what I think about my place in life, my work, and in my relations with friends and family.
D: Share one statement regarding your experience with DIVERSANT.
ES: DIVERSANT is one of the best working environments that I experienced. The DIVERSANT team helped me to get onboarded without any issues. Also, the interaction with DIVERSANT management and operations is unhindered and very pleasant. I hope that I leave a similar impression on the DIVERSANT team and I wish for a long and productive relationship with DIVERSANT.
