Megan Feeley Helps to Streamline User Experience.
Megan Feeley began her journey with DIVERSANT in August 2020 as a Business Process Analyst. In this role, Megan helps to simplify highly technical processes for end-users. She also reviews websites to seek ways to revamp and standardize the landing pages to create a more streamlined user experience. There is so much more to Megan’s job, but we want to keep the description at a high level for our fans. As you can imagine, this role requires someone who can communicate effectively, is highly organized and has an innovative mindset. Megan possesses all of these qualities and more which is why we are stoked to recognize her in our Consultant Spotlight Program! Megan shares what she enjoys most about her job as a Business Process Analyst and why this role is ideal for her as a military spouse.D: What made you want to pursue a career in information technology? MF: My decision to pursue a career IT consulting was a result of my desire to understand the workings of IT processes, to improve them; and to make that knowledge accessible to users.
D: What do you enjoy the most about your current role? MF: It is very rewarding to produce manuals and job aids that communicate highly technical subjects and processes to users in a way that is easy to digest and understand. I also enjoy collaborating with developers to streamline workflows and increase the intuitiveness of user interfaces.
D: What is one fun fact about yourself? MF: I am in the midst of training for my 5th Marathon!
D: What is your favorite motivational quote, and why? MF: Focus on what you can do, not what you can’t. Small steps turn into miles.
D: Share one statement about your experience at DIVERSANT.
MF: As an active duty military spouse, DIVERSANT has afforded me the opportunity to pursue a rewarding career in the IT field remotely, rather than being limited geographically by our duty station. Due to the uncertainties that military families often face; the mobility of this job has been such a blessing for us! I have had a great experience working with my recruiters – Evan and Lisa and all of my teammates at AT&T.
