Muthahar Ahmed Provides Outstanding Support in “Herculean effort”
Muthahar Ahmed joined DIVERSANT in 2020 as a Data Architect. This position required a team leader who could keep up with the fast-paced environment and deliver on all of the project requirements while keeping the team highly motivated and engaged. Ahmed hit the ground running and wasted no time in providing exemplary support to our client. Our client recently recognized Ahmed for his outstanding performance in what has been described as a “Herculean effort.” Ahmed’s dedication to providing the highest level of work and support, even during high-stress situations, has earned him this month’s Consultant Spotlight recognition. In summary, Ahmed shares why he chose a career in technology and his most significant accomplishment so far in his current position.

Q&A with Muthahar Ahmed
Muthahar describes how his love of puzzles has helped him succeed as a Database Architect and much more!D: What made you want to pursue a career in technology? MA: A career in information technology is not limited to a few options. It continues to grow along with technology advancements and new challenges.
D: What do you enjoy the most about your current role? MA: I love solving puzzles. Every bug you run into is a puzzle. Every project requirement is a puzzle. Database Architecting, data engineering has plenty of puzzles to solve.
D: What is one accomplishment that you’ve achieved on this assignment? MA: My greatest accomplishment as an Architect was to redesign and migrate the Enterprise data warehouse successfully into a Snowflake environment. Task: “As a senior member of the team, I was tasked with being both the migration strategist and an architect of the data warehouse in snowflake. Our team was lean but expected to deliver big results.” Action: “I spearheaded the process for the data warehouse redesign by having clear creative milestones and regular check-ins with the requirements. I was able to engage other team members in a way that made everyone feel valued and motivated.” Result: “I can proudly say the migration of the data warehouse into Snowflake was a major success by trust-building and collaborating with every team member”.
D: What is one fun fact about you? MA: One of my favorite things to do is going deep sea fishing with family & friends.
D: What is your favorite motivational quote, and why? MA: To achieve the best results, start focusing on Game-Changing thoughts.
D: Share one statement about your experience at DIVERSANT.
MA: So far, it’s good because of the DIVERSANT team, especially Jesse, Hayden, & Jason.
